Fee:  $250   +   one way drive time

Time on site beyond 1-hour is billed at $150/hr.

We don’t do ‘free estimates’

The Evaluation includes a quote for the proposed improvement measures that you want to proceed with. Our clients have found that this high-value site visit is better than a conventional, open ended ‘free estimate’ that is common in insulation and construction trades. Our proposals are crafted based on building science so we guarantee that your building is performing as you want it to. If you end up choosing to work with another contractor, you have our report as a starting point.
